Therefore the best time to select an Encore cistern is during the design phase when the BREEAM pre-assessment is produced.
By doing so, Encore could provide two new, additional BREEAM credits and as many as five when used with other water saving devices when a BREEAM score is being calculated before construction work begins.
If your project has started and you want to install Encore cisterns, there is still time to claim credits by installing Encore cisterns as the final BREEAM score is determined by assessing the completed project.
