Yes, it is aimed specifically at the commercial market, in particular hotels, villas, apartment blocks, offices, restaurants, leisure facilities and anywhere that has toilets and air conditioning. All rooms that have local air conditioning units, either chilled water or DX gas, will produce condensate which needs to be piped to a local drain point. The local drain point is generally adjacent to the toilet which is where the Encore cistern is located.
